We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.

Easy Returns Within 30 Days
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To start a return: Email customer@ourdogstore.com
within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label fees may apply.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Earrings & body jewelry

Swimwear (once the hygiene liner is removed)

Socks or hosiery

Final sale items (marked at checkout)

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange if stock allows.

Email us first – we’ll confirm availability.

Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer pays shipping (based on chosen carrier).

Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged or incorrect, no shipping cost to you.

Refunds
Processing: 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Method: Refunds go to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International duties/taxes: Not refundable (set by your country).
